Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: [10/1/2025]

Last Updated: [30/10/2025]

Welcome to Contractor Boost ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, software, hosted assets, communication tools, and subscription-based marketing services for contractors, including but not limited to website hosting and maintenance, Google review tools, Google Business Profile and local search support, business phone number services, automation tools, messaging workflows, CRM-related tools, and other related services (collectively, the "Services").

By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Contractor Boost provides a subscription-based marketing system for contractors. The Services are designed to help contractors build the foundational systems needed to improve visibility, reputation, responsiveness, follow-up, and long-term marketing performance.

Depending on the selected plan, package, or agreement, Services may include, without limitation:

  • Website design, hosting, maintenance, updates, and support
  • Google review request and reputation management tools
  • Google Business Profile and local search support
  • Business phone number services and related communications tools
  • Missed-call text back, AI receptionist, messaging, workflow, automation, and CRM-related tools
  • Other related setup, support, optimization, and business tools described in your order, proposal, invoice, checkout page, or service package

Contractor Boost is not a lead generation service per se unless expressly stated in writing. The Services are primarily a marketing system and business infrastructure intended to give the customer the foundation, tools, visibility, credibility, and follow-up systems that may support future lead flow and business growth.

No specific volume of leads, calls, appointments, jobs, reviews, sales, or revenue is promised unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by Contractor Boost.

3. No Guarantee of Specific Results

You understand and agree that Contractor Boost provides marketing systems, setup, support, implementation, maintenance, and infrastructure, not guaranteed lead generation or guaranteed business outcomes.

Results depend on many factors outside of our control, including, without limitation, your market, competition, service quality, responsiveness, pricing, customer participation, reputation, third-party platform decisions, review activity, content, compliance, and business operations.

Without limiting the foregoing, Contractor Boost does not guarantee:

  • A specific number of leads, calls, appointments, jobs, reviews, or sales
  • First-page rankings, map pack rankings, or specific Google placement
  • Approval, verification, reinstatement, or continued standing of a Google Business Profile
  • A specific time frame for verification, reinstatement, ranking improvements, or review growth
  • Continuous access to or approval from Google or any third-party platform or provider

Any examples, estimates, projections, case studies, testimonials, or illustrations are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future results.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To receive full value from the Services, you agree to reasonably cooperate and provide timely access, approvals, information, materials, and participation as requested by Contractor Boost.

This may include, where applicable:

  • Access to your domain, website, hosting, Google accounts, business listings, phone systems, or other third-party accounts
  • Accurate business information, branding, images, content, and contact details
  • Timely responses to implementation, approval, support, or compliance requests
  • Compliance with applicable laws, telecom rules, platform policies, and advertising rules
  • Responsible and lawful use of messaging, calling, review, and marketing tools

You are solely responsible for your business operations, representations to your customers, fulfillment, pricing, licensing, customer service, and legal compliance.

5. Subscription Term and Auto-Renewal

Your subscription begins on the date of purchase, activation, or onboarding, as determined by Contractor Boost, and automatically renews on a recurring basis according to the billing interval disclosed at checkout, in your invoice, order form, proposal, service package, or other written agreement, unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

By subscribing, you authorize Contractor Boost and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for all applicable subscription fees, setup fees, add-ons, taxes, overages, and other authorized charges.

Subscription charges continue during implementation, onboarding, setup, optimization, website work, hosting, maintenance, Google Business Profile verification efforts, Google Business Profile reinstatement efforts, suspension-related support, appeal-related support, and any period in which Contractor Boost is actively providing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, or attempting to deliver the Services.

This includes, without limitation, situations where:

  • Your Google Business Profile is pending verification
  • Your Google Business Profile is suspended
  • A reinstatement, appeal, or verification process is ongoing
  • Third-party platform approvals, decisions, or actions are delayed
  • Setup work, support work, implementation work, or optimization work is still in progress

Ongoing billing does not depend on Google Business Profile verification, reinstatement, ranking improvements, lead volume, or any other particular outcome. The subscription is for access to and performance of a marketing system and related services, not for any guaranteed third-party platform result.

The only ways to stop future recurring charges are:

  1. You properly cancel the subscription in accordance with these Terms; or
  2. You submit a pause request and Contractor Boost, in its sole discretion, approves that pause in writing.

A requested pause is not effective unless and until Contractor Boost expressly confirms approval in writing. Contractor Boost reserves the right to approve or deny pause requests for any reason.

6. Fees and Payment Authorization

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and are due in advance on the billing date.

By providing a payment method, you authorize Contractor Boost and its payment processor to:

  • Charge the applicable recurring subscription fee
  • Charge any agreed setup fee, one-time fee, usage fee, add-on fee, or late fee
  • Retry failed or declined payments using the payment method on file where permitted

If payment is declined, fails, is reversed, or is disputed, Contractor Boost may suspend or terminate some or all Services until the balance is resolved.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information current, valid, and accurate.

7. Billing Descriptor

Charges may appear on your bank or card statement under a billing descriptor associated with Contractor Boost and/or its payment processor. You understand that statement descriptors may be abbreviated or modified to fit card network or processor limits.

8. Google Business Profile Verification, Suspension, and Reinstatement

You understand and agree that Google Business Profile verification, reinstatement, suspension review, ranking, visibility, and platform standing are controlled by Google and other third parties, not by Contractor Boost.

Contractor Boost may assist with setup, optimization, verification guidance, appeal preparation, reinstatement support, suspension support, and related work; however:

  • Contractor Boost does not control Google’s decisions or timelines
  • Contractor Boost does not guarantee verification or reinstatement
  • Contractor Boost does not guarantee that a suspended profile will be reinstated
  • Contractor Boost does not guarantee when or whether any third-party platform issue will be resolved
  • Delays, denials, suspensions, reinstatement issues, or platform decisions do not make the subscription invalid, unauthorized, or refundable

The subscription remains active and billable while Contractor Boost is providing services, support, implementation, maintenance, consultation, systems access, or work related to your marketing system, including during pending verification or suspension-related matters.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription by following the cancellation method made available by Contractor Boost, including through your customer portal, billing portal, account settings, or by sending written cancellation notice to [support email].

To avoid the next renewal charge, cancellation must be submitted at least [X days] before the next billing date.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing:

  • Cancellation stops future renewals only
  • Charges already processed remain due and non-refundable
  • Work already performed, services already made available, and active billing periods remain payable
  • Setup periods, optimization periods, verification periods, reinstatement periods, maintenance periods, support periods, and active service periods are still billable subscription periods

If you wish to temporarily stop service instead of canceling, you may submit a pause request. Any pause request is subject to Contractor Boost’s sole discretion and is not effective unless approved by Contractor Boost in writing. If a pause request is denied, billing continues unless you properly cancel the subscription in accordance with these Terms.

10. Refund Policy

Except as expressly stated in a separate written guarantee or offer signed by Contractor Boost, all payments are non-refundable once charged.

Because the Services include time, labor, software access, setup, hosting, maintenance, automation, communications infrastructure, implementation, optimization, support, and ongoing service availability, you agree that fees paid for active subscription periods, partial months, setup work, implementation work, and delivered services are earned when billed or performed.

Refunds, if any, are granted solely at Contractor Boost’s discretion unless required by applicable law.

11. No Chargebacks for Valid Charges

You agree to contact Contractor Boost first at [support email] regarding any billing issue so that we have an opportunity to resolve it.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute for charges that are valid, authorized, and consistent with these Terms. This includes, without limitation, charges where:

  • You enrolled in a recurring subscription
  • Services were made available, performed, configured, or supported
  • You did not cancel before the renewal deadline
  • The charge corresponds to the agreed subscription, add-on, or service period
  • Your Google Business Profile was pending verification
  • Your Google Business Profile remained suspended
  • A reinstatement, appeal, or verification process was still ongoing
  • You had not yet achieved a desired ranking, lead volume, or business result
  • Setup, onboarding, optimization, maintenance, support, or implementation work was still in progress

These circumstances do not mean the Services were not delivered. The subscription covers access to and performance of a marketing system and related ongoing services, not guaranteed lead generation or guaranteed third-party platform outcomes.

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute for a valid charge, Contractor Boost may submit evidence to the payment processor, card network, issuer, or bank, including but not limited to your order records, checkout acceptance, IP and account records, invoices, payment history, communications, service logs, deliverables, support records, access records, usage records, and proof of ongoing service.

12. Electronic Consent and Records

You agree that Contractor Boost may maintain records of your purchase, subscription election, checkbox acceptance, electronic consent, account activity, IP address, login history, invoices, service logs, support messages, usage records, deliverables, and communications for billing, support, legal, compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute response purposes.

Electronic signatures, checkbox consent, online acceptance, digital acknowledgments, and electronic communications are valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Proof of Service and Digital Delivery

You acknowledge that Services may be delivered digitally, remotely, automatically, continuously, or through ongoing access and support.

Proof of service may include, without limitation:

  • Website hosting and uptime
  • Website maintenance records
  • CRM, workflow, automation, or messaging activity
  • Review request or reputation workflow activity
  • Support tickets, email, text, or chat communications
  • Reports, logs, updates, changes, optimizations, or configuration history
  • Platform access or usage records
  • Phone number provisioning or related communications setup

These records may be used to demonstrate that Services were provided during any billing period.

14. Third-Party Platforms and Providers

Some Services depend on third-party providers and platforms, including registrars, hosts, telecom providers, Google, CRM systems, software vendors, payment processors, and other infrastructure providers.

Contractor Boost is not responsible for outages, suspensions, rejected registrations, verification failures, ranking changes, appeal denials, account restrictions, message filtering, delivery failures, billing platform interruptions, policy changes, or other actions caused by third parties.

15. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, templates, workflows, automations, processes, branding, designs, materials, content, and proprietary methods created or provided by Contractor Boost remain the property of Contractor Boost unless expressly transferred in writing.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your active paid subscription, subject to these Terms.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in a separate written agreement, cancellation or termination of the subscription may result in the removal, suspension, or termination of access to some or all Services, tools, systems, hosted assets, automations, phone services, websites, and related infrastructure.

16. Suspension and Termination

Contractor Boost may suspend, restrict, or terminate some or all Services immediately if:

  • Payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed
  • You breach these Terms
  • You misuse the Services
  • Your use creates legal, compliance, financial, reputational, or operational risk
  • A third-party provider requires or causes suspension

Termination or suspension does not eliminate your obligation to pay valid outstanding charges.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, or specific business results.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contractor Boost and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of opportunities, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising out of or relating to the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contractor Boost’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you to Contractor Boost during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Contractor Boost and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • Your business operations
  • Your misuse of the Services
  • Your violation of law, platform policy, or telecom/messaging rules
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Content, claims, messages, reviews, offers, or communications you provide, approve, or direct

20. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your County, State], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

21. Changes to Terms

Contractor Boost may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Unless otherwise stated, changes become effective upon posting. Your continued access to or use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

25. Waiver

No waiver by Contractor Boost of any breach or default under these Terms will be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
